Single Breathworksession are ideal if you prefer to touch on subjects or emotional releases that you don’t yet feel comfortable enough to release in a groupsetting. I can also be more attentive towards your specific needs.
Group Breathworksessions are great if you didn’t have any breathwork experience yet and are curious to explore what may wants to arise.
Integration or Listening Ear is without any breathwork to process what happened in breathworksessions or wanting to be able to talk about what’s on your mind.
Single Breathwork

One Hour Breathwork Session and 30mins preparation and after-care. The total session will be 1.5h with 1 hour of deep breathwork. In a single Session we can target specific areas and set an intention to go into the depth of your needs.
Group Breathwork
€20
70mins of deep breathing with a group of 2-20 people. We will start with a check-in, explanations, the breathwork itself and a sharing circle at the end. The total session is approximately 2 Hours long.
Integration Session
€60
One Hour integration session, where we might take a walk together and let you share and process what needs to be processed.
