Benefits of Breathwork

    • Reduces stress and anxiety

    • Helps process emotions

    • Supports mental clarity

Breathwork soothes the nervous system, lowers cortisol, and brings you back to the present moment. It helps you calm your mind, release emotional tension, and feel more centered within yourself.

    • Enhances breathing function

    • Supports nervous system balance

    • Improves sleep quality

Deep, conscious breathing improves oxygen flow, balances the autonomic nervous system, and supports overall well-being. Many people report deeper sleep, more energy, and a sense of inner calm after practice.

    • Promotes self-awareness and insight

    • Boosts emotional resilience

    • Deepens intuition or spiritual connection

Breathwork creates space to tune inward. You reconnect with your body, uncover patterns, and build emotional resilience. Many also experience a deeper sense of inner knowing and connection — whether spiritual or simply grounded in self-trust.

Modern research shows that breathwork can reduce blood pressure, improve heart rate variability (HRV), and support trauma healing. [1][2]

A private breathwork journey created just for you. In this safe and supportive space, you’ll be guided to connect deeply with your breath, release what no longer serves you, and discover a greater sense of clarity, balance, and inner peace. Every session is tailored to your needs, allowing progress at your own pace.

  • Group Breathwork Session

In a group session, you breathe in community, each person on their own inner journey, eyes closed, safe and unseen. While everyone’s process remains private, the collective energy of the group amplifies the experience, creating a powerful field of support and transformation.

  • Deeper Integration

A breathwork journey can open profound insights and shifts within. To let them take root, it is important to give them space and attention. In our integration conversation we gently explore what has unfolded for you and how these realizations can be nurtured in your daily life, so they become a living part of your path.

The Meaning Behind Yaravari

The name Yaravari is a blend of two words.

Yara, from Persian, carries the meaning of courage and strength.
Vari, from Indian roots, symbolizes water and flow.

Together, they create Yaravari . The courageous flow, much like the breath that carries us through life with strength and ease.

This name also holds a personal story: my given name is Yara, and at the age of 15, without knowing its deeper meaning, I chose the gaming name Avari. Years later, these two parts of my journey came together naturally, forming Yaravari .

A name that reflects both who I am and what I wish to share.

“It’s not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that things are difficult.”

— Seneca
